cannon races, starting power levels, and trasnformations

Name: Humans
Description: This, surprisingly, is the race to which we all belong. Humans inhabit the Planet Earth, and apart from a few individuals (Tien, Yamcha, Chaou-zu, Roshi), most are comparitivly weak along side people like the Saiya-Jin and Namek-Jin
Ability's: The human race has several ability at their disposal such as being able to sense kai and hide their kai. All human fighters has this ability when they start. They also don't have any transformations, but if they can get to planet namek or make it to the supreme kais planet they can have their potential unlocked which gives them a power boost. Humans must start on planet earth.
Starting Power Levels: 1.000 and below.
Transformations: Unlocked potential- by traveling to namek they can have their potential unlocked giving them a transformation of sorts that permanently adds 3,000 points to their power level.

Name: Changling
Description: This is the race to which Freeza, Kooler and King Cold belong. Not much is known of their origins. All that is known is that all 3 posses the ability to do Henshin (transform). Doing so greatly increases their power, and they all live on planet freeza.
Ability's: Changlings all start off with they ability to transform one time. they also all have high power levels that are channeled more to speed and energy attacks. Changlings must start on planet freeza.
Starting Power Levels 8,000 and below.
Transformations: first form- this is the form that most changlings stay in.
-second form- this form all changlings have from the time they are created. While in this form their power level increases by 1.5x its normal amount.
-third form- the user must be an elite fighter to gain this transformation. while in this form their power level is 2x what it normally is.
-fourth form- the user must be an elite fighter to gain this transformation. while in this form they gain another 10,000 points to their power level after it has been doubled.

Name: Sayian
Descriptions: They first arrived on the Planet Plant in 550AD and eventually took over the whole planet, renaming it Vegeta. They then encountered Freeza, who employed them to wipe planets of their life before being sold. Fearing they would one day overthrow him, Freeza destroyed them all along with the planet. Some time after this some one wished for the planet and race to be brought back.
Ability's: all sayians have a tail that will allow them to transform on the sight of the full moon. they also have the ability that after every near death exp. their power levels increase. they also posses they ability to transform into a super saiyan and beyond. Saiyans must start on planet vegeta
Starting Power Levels at 5,000 and below
-great ape transformation- this can only take affect with the right ability or on the full moon. while in this form the saiyans power level is 10x what it would normally be, but if their tail is cut off they will revert back to normal.
-super saiyan- the user must be an elite fighter to gain this transformation. while in this form their power is 2x that of what it would normally by.
-super saiyan part 2 aka. super your name- the user must be an elite fighter to gain this transformation. while in this form their power is increased by 2.5 times and their speed is decreased by 1.5x.
-super saiyan part 3 aka. super you name 2- the user must be an elite fighter to gain this transformation. while in this form their power level gains another 10,000 points after being increased from super saiyan part 2, and their speed is decreased again by half.

Name: Half Saiyan Half Human
Description: This is the outcome of a saiyan and a human mating. it is said that half saiyans and half human children posses incredible power. as well has features from both sides of their lineage. Such as they tail, but unlike full blooded saiyans their hair will grow like humans.
Ability's: Half Saiyans have a tail that will allow them to transform on the sight of the full moon. they also have the ability that after every near death exp. their power levels increase. they also posses they ability to transform into a super saiyan and beyond. they also have they ability to hide and sense others power level from the start. half saiyans must start on planet earth.
Starting Power: 7,000
Transformations: -great ape transformation- this can only take affect with the right ability or on the full moon. while in this form the saiyans power level is 10x what it would normally be, but if their tail is cut off they will revert back to normal.
-super saiyan- the user must be an elite fighter to gain this transformation. while in this form their power is 2x that of what it would normally by.

Name: Androids
Descriptions: This in an artificial race. Usually androids start out as another race, but are 'enhanced' with technology. The exception are the biotechnological androids like Cell. Cell is ertirely created with the use of cells of other beings. All androids in the series are created by Dr. Gero, who even makes himself one. They usually look just like normal people or can look very strange. They are immensely powerful and most had a mission to kill Goku. After Goku had died most androids went off line with out a mission to follow, but people have found them and reseated them so that they can have their own free will.
Ability's: their are two types of androids ones that absorb energy and others that have their own surply of energy. both have their advantages such as energy absorbing androids don't have a limit to how much they can hold, but ones that have a set amount of energy never run out of energy, but they can gain more power simply by doing enough missions for places like capsule corp.(5 missions needed)
Starting Power Levels energy absorbing androids- 2,000 non energy absorbing androids- 5,000
Transformations: none

Name: Mutants
Descriptions: The Mutants that appear in the series were usually very powerful and skilled fighters. The most well known mutants are the Ginyu Force. They work for Frieza and we see them fight Krillin, Vegeta, & Gohan until Goku shows up who defeats all of them but Captain Ginyu with ease. Of course there are many more mutants than just the Ginyu Force. in fact, a huge amount of Frieza's force are mutants. It's not always to easy to tell who is a mutant because they may just be part of a race we don't know about, but usually mutants have no one else who relates to them in appearance.
Ability's: Mutants ability's vary on the mutant, and each has one transformation. (people using mutants can make one ability for their character, they must be approved by the staff first)
Starting Power Levels 4,000
Transformations: beast form- must have a power level of 15,000 to gain this transformation. while in this form their power level is increased by 30,000 points.
Transcendence[ must have a power level of 60,000 to gain this transformation. while in this form their power level is increased by yet another 50,000 plus the previous transformations boost.

Name:Nameks
Descriptions: This race is first introduced to us when Goku fights Piccolo Daimao, who is a very old Nameksei-Jin. But it isn't until the Saiyan Saga that Piccolo and Kami learn of their otherworldly origins. After Piccolo's death at Nappa's hands. Gohan, Krillin and Bulma depart to the Planet Namek, to gather the original Dragonballs to revive their friends. During this time all the Nameksei-Jin are wiped out by Frieza and his men. They are eventually revived with the Earth's Dragonballs and sent to live on New Namek. All Nameksei-Jin are asexual as Toriyama based them on snails and slugs.
Ability's: The Nameks have they ability of mystic ki which allows them to stretch their body. They also have they ability to sense and hide their power levels as well as regenerate body parts.
Starting Power Levels 4,000
Transformations: fused- this can only be done by two nameks joining body's. when this is done the owner of the host body will gain the power of they other namek as well as all of his memories and attacks. this can be done only 3 times.

Name: Saibamen
Descriptions: The exact origin of this species is unknown, but they were most likely created in a lab on Planet Vegeta. The Saibamen were created to help the Saiyans train at a higher level. They were also used on occasion as a fighting weapon with built in acid they could shoot out of their head along with a self-destruction option. Since each Saibamen had a power level identical to Raditz at 1,200, the Z warriors had a semi-tough problem fighting them. The most odd thing about the Saibamen was that they were 'grown' from the ground by planting a seed.
Ability's: None they are not for the use of players but are mearly training tools used mostly by the saiyans.
