missions and power levels

The mission system is quite simple. Mission completions are now like applications. When a mission is completed, a capable moderator will move the Mission Application to a section where it will be read over and verified. Once done, the mission will go in an Approved Missions section, where it will be counted towards your character as a completed mission of the respective rank. Each player is responsible for keeping track of how many missions he or she has done. These missions vary depending on who gives them to you is based on the reward you will get from them. Ex. being that if you took korins fish mission then he will give you a senzu been. This means that you will start every topic with a senzu bean in you inventory.

Their are ranks in the dragon ball world that starts at the low-level fighter then advance to the elite and then the super elite. After the super elite their is no rank anymore instead you are considered to be an ultimate warrior at this rank you are at the highest level of fighters and can now use they most powerful transformations such as super sayain 4. Each rank has a power level range that every one falls into. for a low-level their power levels range from 0-10,000. for an elite their power levels range from 10,000- 100,000. for a super elite their power levels range from 100,000-300,000. and for the ultimate warrior their power levels range from 300,000 and up. Naturally the person with the highest power level is the strongest but as you have seen in the show that does not always mean that they will when the fight. goku defeated a lot of people that was more powerful than he was.
